Shruti Haasan says she dislikes people who make excuses citing lack of time for not being able to fulfill their dreams. She is on her way to becoming an excellent multitasker. She sang her first song when she was aged just six in her father’s film ‘Thevar Magan’. While in still in school, she made her singing debut in the Hindi film, ‘Chachi 420’, singing a duet with her father who had also directed the film She continued her involvement in music through her work not as a singer in Indian languages, but with her career in music direction beginning with her father’s production ‘Unnaipol Oruvan’ and her own music band called ‘The Extramentals’. As a child artist, she appeared in a guest role, before making her adult acting debut in the action drama, titled ‘Luck’. In a day, the actress is capable of making music, singing and walking the ramp. “It’s more than enough time to achieve your goals and passion. Actually for me 24 hours is a long time,” said Shruti, who wants to learn everything in the world including cooking and painting. “Although, I keep asking people why I should cook at home, I am thinking of mastering the skill,” she added.
