Airaa (transl.?The beginning) is a 2019 Indian Tamil horror film written and directed by KM Sarjun.^[1] The film stars Nayanthara, Kalaiyarasan and Yogi Babu in the main lead roles.^[2] The film is produced by Kotapadi J Rajesh under the production banner KJR Studios.^[3] The film was initially expected to be released on the eve of Christmas but the shooting of the film wasn’t completed as planned until December 2018.^[4] Nayanthara is playing a dual role in a film for the second time after Maya (2015).^[5][6]

Pattipulam is a 2019 Indian Tamil language comedy-drama film written and directed by Suresh on his directorial debut. The film stars Veerasamar and Amitha Rao in the lead roles while Yogi Babu play supportive roles in the film.^[1] The film is scheduled to have its theatrical release on 22 March 2019 along with other small budgeted films and received underwhelming responses.^[2][3]

Agni Devi is a 2019 Tamil thriller film produced and directed by JPR and Sham Surya. The film is directed by John Paul Raj and Sham Surya, and stars Bobby Simha, Madhoo and Ramya Nambeesan are in the lead roles.^[1] Produced by JPR and Stalin under Jai Film Productions and Seatoa Studios, the film underwent production trouble and released on 22 March 2019.^[2]
