India vs England is an Indian Kannada-language Romantic thriller film directed by Nagathihalli Chandrashekar and produced by Y. N. Shankaregowda and several non-resident Indians from the UK and other countries.[2] The film stars Vasishta Simha and Manvitha.[3][4] The film was released on 26 January 2020.[5]

The film features Vasishta as a British born NRI, and actors Anant Nag in pivotal roles.[6] The music is scored by Arjun Janya and cinematographers Will Price and Satya Hegde are in charge of cinematography.[7]

Yatra (transl.?Journey) is a 2019 Indian Telugu-language biographical film starring Mammootty in the role as Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy. Directed by Mahi V Raghav, the film is based on padayatra of Reddy who served as Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh from May 2004 to June 2009 representing Indian National Congress. The film is produced by Vijay Chilla, Shashi Devi Reddy under 70mm Entertainments and music composed by K.[4] Principal photography commenced on 20 June 2018 in Hyderabad.[5]

The film was released on 8 February 2019 alongside dubbed versions in Malayalam and Tamil.[1][6] Despite receiving critical acclaim, the film could not perform well commercially.[7][8]

Story In Detail

The story of Jaanu takes us through the journey of Ram (Sharwanand), a travel photographer who decides to visit his native place. He visits the school in which he’d studied in, which has loads of memories associated with it.

After a few incidents, some of the school members plan for a reunion and Jaanu (Samantha), the first love of Ram, also joins the event and they meet after a gap of almost 15 years. What happens rest has been narrated in Jaanu.
