Entha Manchivaadavuraa

Entha Manchivaadavuraa (transl.?What a good man he is) is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by Satish Vegesna.[2][3][4] The film stars Kalyan Ram and Mehreen Pirzada, with the music composed by Gopi Sundar.[5] The film has been jointly produced by Aditya Music’s Subhash Gupta and Umesh Gupta.[6] It is an official remake of the Gujarati-language film Oxygen(2018). The film draws its title from an eponymous song of the film Nammina Bantu.[7]

The film follows Balu, a short film actor who assumes multiple identities to bond with unrelated people and gives them hope in their most desperate times. It is then that he encounters violence and hatred from some greedy men.

The film was released theatrically on 15 January 2020, coinciding with Sankranthi.[8][9]

Jaanu

Jaanu is an Indian 2020 Telugu romantic drama film written and directed by C. Prem Kumar, which is a remake of his own Tamil film ’96. It is bankrolled by Dil Raju on his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations with Sharwanand and Samantha Akkineni in the lead roles. It was released on 7 February 2020. The film revolves around the reunion of former students from a 2004 batch class fifteen years after their graduation. The reunion also serves as an opportunity for two former lovers, Ram and Janu, to resolve issues surrounding their breakup. The movie received positive reviews and praises were poured over Samantha Akkineni’s and Sharwanand’s performances.[3]

Maharshi Movie

Rishi, a rich businessman, returns to India to mend ways with Ravi, his ex-classmate. On reaching, he learns about Ravi’s plight and becomes a saviour for the villagers in the process.

Arjun, a talented but failed cricketer, decides to return to cricket in his late thirties driven by the desire to represent the Indian cricket team and fulfil his son’s wish for a jersey as a gift.

Aswathama

Aswathama is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language action thriller film directed by Ramana Teja in his directorial debut. Produced by Usha Mulpuri under Ira Creations banner, the film stars Naga Shaurya alongside Mehreen PirzadaJisshu SenguptaHarish Uthaman and Posani Krishna Murali. Shaurya wrote the story, while Teja wrote the screenplay. Anbariv choreographed the action sequences, while Manojh Reddy handled the cinematography and Garry BH edited the film. Sricharan Pakala composed the film’s music, while Ghibran handled the background score.

The film follows Gana, a man who returns to India for his sister’s marriage. Prior to the function, she attempts suicide but Gana saves her, eventually finding out she is pregnant and the father of her child is unknown. A desperate Gana starts investigating the case and soon finds himself on the trail of the psychopath responsible for similar more cases.

Released theatrically on 31 January 2020, the film received mixed reviews from critics who praised the action sequences.[2][3][4]

Disco Raja

Disco Raja is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language science fiction action film[3] directed by Vi Anand and produced by Ram Talluri under SRT Entertainments banner. It stars Ravi Teja in the titular role[4][5] along with Payal Rajput,[6] Nabha NateshTanya HopeBobby SimhaSunil, and Vennela Kishore.[7] The music is composed by S. Thaman with cinematography by Karthik Ghattamaneni and editing by Shravan Katikaneni.

The film follows a dead man discovered to be frozen in the mountains of Ladakh. Once brought back to life using advanced technology by doctors at the Re-Live lab, he attempts to find out his identity and the people responsible for killing him.

Disco Raja was released theatrically on 24 January 2020, receiving mixed reviews from critics.[8][9][10] Despite praise for Teja’s performance and Thaman’s music, the film became a commercial failure.[11] Due to the disappointing box office performance, Teja decided not to experiment with his roles in the future, and plans for a sequel were also canceled.[12][13]

Sarileru Neekevvaru

Sarileru Neekevvaru (transl.?Nobody can match you) is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language masala film written and directed by Anil Ravipudi.[4] The film stars Mahesh Babu and Rashmika Mandanna along with Vijayashanti who makes her comeback into films after 13 years while Prakash Raj and Rajendra Prasad play supporting roles. It was produced by Anil SunkaraDil Raju and Mahesh Babu under the banners AK Entertainments, Sri Venkateswara Creations and G. Mahesh Babu Entertainment respectively. Devi Sri Prasad composed the music while R. Rathnavelu handled the cinematography.

Production began on 31 May 2019 at Hyderabad. Shooting began on 5 July 2019 at Kashmir and lasted till mid-November 2019. The film released on 11 January 2020 in 2050 screens worldwide coinciding with Sankranti.

Produced on a budget of ?750 million,[2] upon release, film was commercially successful grossing more than ?2.6 billion worldwide.[3]
