The movie starring Anushka Shetty as lead role alongside Madhavan, Anjali, Michael Madsen, Subbaraju, Shalini Pandey and Srinivas Avasarala in supporting roles. The movie was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi, the movie was titled as Nishabdham and later titled Silence.
