Vellai Pookal (transl.?Dandelions) is a 2019 Indian Tamil language crime thriller film directed by newcomer Vivek Elangovan.[1] The film stars Vivek, Charle, Dev, Pooja Devariya and Paige Henderson, and is produced by Indus Creations, an arts group based in Seattle.[2][3] The film was released on 19 April 2019, a day after the start of the 2019 Indian general election.[4]
