Aakasha Ganga 2 is 2019 Indian Malayalam-language horror thriller film written and directed by Vinayan.^[2] It is a sequel to his 1999 film Aakasha Ganga.^[3] The film stars Ramya Krishna, Veena Nair, Vishnu Vinay and Sreenath Bhasi in the lead roles. The film’s soundtrack and score by Bijibal and cinematographer by Prakash Kutty. The film was produced by Vinayan under the banner of Akash Films. It was shot in Ottapalam, Cochin and Pondicherry.

Edakkad Battalion 06 is an Indian Malayalam-language action drama film directed by Swapnesh K. Nair, written by P.Balachandran, and produced by Shrikant Bhasi, Tomas Joseph Pattathanam and Jayant Mammen under the banner of Ruby Films. Starring an ensemble cast of Tovino Thomas, Samyuktha Menon, Rekha, Joy Mathew, Sudheesh and Abu Salim,^[2] the film is inspired by a true story.^[3] The filming began in May 2019.^{[4][5][6][7][8][9]}

Vikruthi (transl.?Mischief) is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language comedy-drama film directed by Emcy Joseph and produced by A. D. Sreekumar, Ganesh Menon and Lakshmi Warrier.^[1] The film stars Suraj Venjarammoodu and Soubin Shahir in the lead roles. The film is based on true events that occurred on a Kochi Metro train, where a picture of a sleeping hearing/speech-impaired man was taken and shared online by a passenger assuming he was drunk. It upsets the man and his family after it goes viral.^[2] The film was released on 4 October 2019.^[3]

Pranaya Meenukalude Kadal (transl.?Sea of romantic fishes) is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language romantic drama film co-written and directed by Kamal and produced by Johny Vattakuzhi under the banner of Dani Productions.^[1] The film stars Vinayakan, Dileesh Pothan, Gabri Jose, Riddhi Kumar and Joe John Chacko.^[2] The film was released on 4 October 2019 by Frames Inevitable.^[3]
