Oolu^[2] is an Indian Malayalam-language Fantasy film directed by Shaji N Karun and written by T D Ramakrishnan.^[3][4] The film stars Shane Nigam, Indrans, Kani Kusruti, Esther Anil in the lead role; produced by A V Anoop.^[5][6][7][8] The film was the opening film at the 49th International Film Festival of India (2018). It was also screened at a few other major film festivals.^[1]

Ittymaani: Made in China is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language comedy-drama film written and directed by Jibi Joju in their directorial debut. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor through the company Aashirvad Cinemas, the film stars Mohanlal in the title role, and Siddique, Honey Rose, Raadhika Sarathkumar, Aju Varghese, K. P. A. C. Lalitha, Salim Kumar, Hareesh Kanaran, and Dharmajan Bolgatty in supporting roles. The original songs were composed by 4 Musics, Kailas Menon, and Deepak Dev and background score by Dev.

The story is set in Kunnamkulam, Thrissur and revolves around Ittymaani, a Chinese-born Indian who moved to his homeland at age 10 and is now engaged in selling knockoff products among other businesses. The film began principal photography on 24 April 2019 and was concluded in July, shot mainly in Kerala and a few scenes in China. Ittymaani: Made in China released in theatres worldwide on 6 September 2019.

Love Action Drama is a 2019 Indian Malayalam-language romantic comedy film written and directed by Dhyan Sreenivasan in his directorial debut. Produced by Visakh Subramaniam and Aju Varghese, the film stars Nivin Pauly and Nayanthara. Its music was composed by Shaan Rahman. The film was released in theatres across Kerala on 5 September 2019 and in rest-of-India in the following day and was released internationally on 13 September 2019.

Story 
The film revolves around a super stylish cop Adithya (Sudheer Babu) who is bestowed with the gallantry award of the year. His life takes a steep turn after a ruthless killer Vishnu (Nani) challenges him and his capability as a police officer. One after the other, the killer takes the lives of several people starting from Adithya’s colleague Prasad. The former leaves certain clues and riddles on the foreheads of the dead to make the hide and seek game between the duo interesting.
