Cassandra Peterson believes that the future of Elvira is in animation. Back in 2019, the iconic actress teased that a possible sequel to Elvira, Mistress of the Dark was in the works. She said, “I’m giving this some serious thought. A LOT of people ask this question, so I’m thinking one more… we’ll see!” However, it was later revealed that both Netflix and Shudder had passed on the opportunity to bring Elvira to a new generation. .

Netflix has revealed the title and release date for To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before 2, with the franchise set to continue with a third entry.

Get ready, romcom fans, as To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before 2 officially has a release date and a title. Not only that, but Netflix has confirmed that a third movie in the series is not only happening, but it’s already filming. So, in an exceedingly rare move, we’re getting a full-on romantic comedy trilogy, and the first sequel will be here in time for Valentine’s Day 2020.

The announcement came from the movie’s official Instagram account with a video featuring the cast. They are seen holding up cards that read, “You guys have been so supportive, and loving, and patient. So let’s just say, our movie is coming soon!” At that point it was revealed that To All the Boys: P.S. I Still Love You, will arrive on Netflix next year, with To All the Boys: Always and Forever Lara Jean, already well underway. The post was shared with the following caption.

Producers Shaun Redick and Todd Garner announce new Amityville Horror movie which will focus on the original DeFeo murders.

In November 1974, Ronald DeFeo Jr shot all six members of his family in a killing spree that became the backstory to author Jay Anson’s 1977 bestseller The Amityville Horror. Earlier this year we saw the release of the movie called The Amityville Murders, which covered the real-life backstory of the infamous Amityville Horror and the murders that seemingly kicked off the titular “horror.” And today we have word that another film is headed our way from Get Out producer Shaun Redick and Tag producer Todd Garner which will be covering the Defeo murders. This time it’s called Amityville 1974 and The Wonderfilm Media Corporation announced today that this new movie will begin principal photography in November.

Amityville 1974 is all set to be directed by The Remaining filmmaker Casey La Scala from a screenplay he wrote which will shift the focus of its horror back to the DeFeo murders. La Scala said in a statement.
